Hydration Calculator
How much water do you actually need?
Not the round number someone told you once. A real daily target based on your body, how much you move, and the climate you live in.
Sedentary = little or no exercise · Light = 1–3 times a week · Moderate = 3–5 · High = 6–7 · Extreme = very heavy exercise or a physical job
Most of India is tropical — hot and humid for much of the year.
Answer the questions and we will show you your number.
This is a general estimate for healthy adults, not medical advice. Your needs change with climate, illness, pregnancy and medication. If you have a kidney, heart or liver condition, ask your doctor before changing how much you drink.
Method: daily intake is calculated from body weight, adjusted for weekly activity level and climate, following the approach used in the Daily Water Intake Calculator by Santiago Carpio (University of Florida, 2024).
Now — how do you actually remember to drink it?
Knowing your number is the easy part
Actually drinking it is the problem. Not because you don't want to — because by 4 p.m. the bottle is still full and you haven't noticed.
The Smart Hydration Band remembers for you
It wraps around any bottle you already own. It beeps and two blue LEDs glow every hour, and a 0–9 counter on the front lets you tap each refill. Glance down, and you know exactly where you stand.
Or start with the right bottle
