Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days, but all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We currently do not offer international shipping and only deliver within India. Return Policies
Returns or replacements are only allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery to our sales team and by email with images or videos. The item must be unused and in original packaging with the invoice. If the issue can be resolved via video call assistance, return won’t be accepted. Otherwise, we’ll arrange a pickup and send a replacement within 2 working days after inspection. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Modifications are allowed before dispatch, subject to availability. Customised orders are non-cancellable. Return requests may be rejected if support is denied or the issue is not verified.
